The woods of my Pacific Northwest childhood sparked a connection to nature that influences my photography and creative voice today. The lushness of the Northwest forest showed me plant details, the effect of light in the woods, and how rain deepened the color of the forest. Light changes quickly and with it, colors, shadow, depth… with photography capturing these quickly changing moments. I hope to create images that help grow a curiosity and a connection with the natural world.
